Tools needed for development

This is list of tools need for development and testing Inifite Rasa Auth and Game Server.

Git Extensions ≥ 2.48.05 => instal all 3: Git, MySYSGit and Kdiff
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 => Compiler
MySQL 5.6.x.x => Server
HeidiSQL => Database managment tool (or Navicat or some other)

Mysql server has the workbench on a full install.
